A bit of praise for a change. \:D

Phoned up yesterday at 16:30 to order a new water rail to turbo hose. Gave them the part number just to be sure. ;\)

Phone call at 8:55 this morning to tell me the part has arrived and ready for collection. Not bad going when you consider it's made from unobtanium. \:\)

Same here with my dealer in Dudley, ordered 12:00 ready at 9:30 am next day, also a turbo water feed top hose. Although I swear it looks smaller than the one on my car!

Hmmm well the parts guys must be a different breed to the workshop ones cause they are a bunch of driveling idiots and that includes the management.

They had my car for nearly three months on and off and still returned it to me going a badly as when I gave it to them \:mad\:

They swore blind that was how it should run, fixed the problem myself in the end with a little help from the workshop manual, two vacuum pipes were swapped round, they'd introduced this fault after working on the engine on a previous occasion
