Doh What made me think it was today? If it's tomorrow I may be able to make it, but I have to take and collect my son from a party.

Nice to finally put a face to a few names . Thanks for sorting it JimO & Vickster, it was a nice pub with great food, just a shame about the weather . Not the best drive back either, as the M25 was stuffed and I had to brave the waterlogged A roads across to Guildford and then the Hogs Back . I'll certainly be keeping an eye out for the next SE event, which will hopefully give us a better chance to have a proper look at the cars without getting soaked . Phil

Ah, so it was you...we did spot you, but none of us reacted fast enough We moved into the restaurant which was kid friendly (petep turned up soon after with his grandson)...why didn't the miserable sods tell you that

We were wondering whose the red one was. It was only in the bar that was no children ,the restaurant was fine, just had to stay there with my 6 year old grandson. The notice on the door wasn't very clear or friendly though. Pete

We must all do our part for the planet. I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

Lol, they said "table for 5?" I said, "no I'm going over there with the coupe people" They said "I'm sorry we don't have a license for kids in the bar" I said "Oh, ok that sorts that then" It wouldn't have mattered normally, we'd just have hung around in the car park and stolen some wheels but with the weather that wasn't really on either. No matter, there'll be another time
