Hi Everyone

After a gap of about 10 years I have rejoined the forum out of necessity.

My wife's Dark Red 20v Turbo, which has been in storage for 5 years, has been broken into, and mildly vandalised on the interior. On top of that, the storage is about to be lost at short notice, so I have to accept that we will not be able to do the restoration we were hoping to start on. Although it has fairly serious rust in the usual places, and has acquired several bits of panel damage over the years, it should yield a decent stash of spares if anyone is interested. Leather is pretty good apart from a bit of wear on the driver's bolster. Engine and box were good when last run.It was her business car once upon a time so has high mileage, but was always looked after by Paul Gilbert since about 2001, after the Fiat Used Warranty ran out

We would hate for it to go straight to the crusher, so is anyone breaking Coupes any more? Not Paul, unfortunately.

The car is currently in North Wales but we might be able to help with transport back to North west or Midlands

Feel free to PM me for any more info

Thanks

While I might sound a killjoy or plain unsympathetic may I remind folks that the club (long before my time even) has gone to great pains to supervise the exchange of coupés and parts on this forum, principally because of security issues for buyers and some legacy skullduggery on the part of a few sellers.

RobS, you have been on here before and be clear, no-one is accusing you of anything, but an ad (innocently posted no doubt) such as yours can be seen to be bending the rules. I sympathise with your predicament and violation/theft of any kind is most uncomfortable but for the above reasons I am going to lock this thread.

Feel free to PM me if you wish smile
