I just bought an s2000 starter button as it was cheap and I thought it would look better than the plus start button.
2 questions....would it even work and has anyone done it before?

is it easy to do? If you did it yourself are there any issues to worry about. I assume you have to identify wires and solder them together or something?

I had an auto spark do mine. I think the kit came with instructions, but it was years ago. I remember him saying the difficult bit was cutting the hole out for the button itself.
I'm an old git & happy with it,most of the time

There are two wires hanging out of the back of the s2000 button so I am hoping there is something similar on the back of the plus start button. The thing that is concerning me is there is some kind of proprietary socket on the side of the S2000 button that hopefully isn't required for it to work.
