Seems a bit harsh not to leave it as 12 stone 3 when realistically, its just dinner that's making the difference and in the next couple of days the scales will say 12 stone 1 or 2? I know Valentines day has passed but given i've hit the magic 1 stone loss I thought I'd post it anyway. Everyone else calling it quits now....? I'm ploughing on... RusH Start weight - 14 stone 12 lb Ideal weight - 12 stone Feb 14th target weight - 13.5 stone (missed but always rather a big ask!!) Current weight - 13 Stone 12 lb (14 lb lost) Thats not too shabby for 7 weeks worth of effort. That included a trip to Vienna for the week (on the beers) and a week at Centre Parcs (eating too many Carbs!). 2.4lbs loss a week :-) Coupe now sold!
