had a le strut brace for quite a while i fitted it this morning ...... what a difference it has made to the coupe just a slight turn of the wheel and you can feel the difference even at low speed can wait to fit the rest i have sat in boxes

got a welded front subframe poly bush bottom arms new top mounts new track rod ends new drop links Koni front shocks Eibach springs and Eibach anti-roll bars front and rear ... refurbing the rear beam with poly bush mounts new discs (tarox) wheel bearings new brake lines flex and solid front and rear refurbed calipers front and rear and a radius refurbish kit both sides .... still looking for adjustable rear shocks i dont want Koni as they are a pain to adjust ... got a good condition rear bios valve but new is the order of the day i think .... price ... don't ask they have been amassed over the last few years

Koni rears are pretty simple to adjust, you just need to undo the bottom damper nut and slide the bolt out then push and turn the damper.

Easier than the OSRAV damper which needs to be fully removed.

Not any more - I've worked out a way of doing it while still on the car. Passenger side can be reached from underneath by getting your arm up the side of the fuel tank (but only if you have a non-standard exhaust backbox) and the drivers side can be reached through the fuel pump access cover via the boot - still a PITA though
