I'd really love to attend this year, but there is a chance that my company will be shipping me off to Japan for the last 4months of the year, but I wont know for sure until at least end of April, so cannot commit yet. How important is sending the deposit in by 16th March to secure a place?

It is fairly important as it will allow the club to judge whether we are likely to get enough participants to be able to take up the 3rd track session.

Other than that, mid July is the final deadline for payment as we have to pay the balance to the organisers then.

It's looking unlikely I'll able to make it this year as the car has and is costing me too much money.

Properly sad as it's the best track and weekend you can get!

Unless something amazing happens I'll see you all next year!

I also have a couple of other major family events to finalise for this summer, so I really need to get these booked before I can safely(without justifiable criticism) organise a fourth Petrolhead Jolly for 2014. The mid March deadline was to see if we could get enough participants for 3 track sessions for £175 for club members.
Unfortunately it does not look likely.

We can continue to add participants up to 7th July but can only be certain of offering weekend entry and 2 track sessions to ourselves.

Can Alpha owners come with us and count towards the total needed. I could try to coax a couple of Alpha owners I know to come along.

No problem with Alfa owners joining us Mark. There is already one from the French lads coming, but I only have the option of the 3rd session open until the end of March.
