The only ones I was able to find anywhere were these titanium jobs, from the US:

not strictly anti-squeal shims, they're actually "heat shields", but are basically the same thing. They helped a bit but didn't cure it completely.

I ended up just changing the cheap Pagid (front) pads for standard Fiat pads and coating the back with Wurth anti-squeal spray:

and the squeal went from being the worst I'd ever heard on any car to completely cured.

The only problem is my Dad has a very powerful Coop and has uprated performance discs and pads all round, all new aswell. So really cant go for some standard Fiat jobs.

As for those titanium ones, what thickness did you go for and does it matter? Will either fit?

If the pads are still bedding in the squeal might improve with a few very high speed to almost stopped braking sessions.

I tried the standard pads with the spray stuff first and that worked 100% for me so decided not to bother with the shims.
