Some may already know i have purchased yet another new coupe!! An attempt to save this one from breaking.

Bought for a bargain i feel but bought with intent.

A little rough around the edges but loads of history plus tax and test when i picked her up.

As i understand its a cybox exhaust fitted aswell.

I do have plans, i need to finish breaking the previous banger which will donate itself to my two and others if needed.

My plan is a super reliable fun track focused na..
Sure slower than a turbo but less to deal with and if the eventual pop does happen 2.4 will be the direction forward for sure. Just for some fun.

So far i have a bucket seat and harness to go straight in, obtaining new brakes,fluids and tyres and away i go for a hoon.

It's a well looked after car, Dave had lots of parts from me for it over the years. Shame it got caught in the golf ball sized hail storm last year.

The exhaust is a cybox, that came from me too.

Keeping my eye on this one!! So glad I didn't have to send her to scrapper heaven! Missing that Cybox rumble as my Cupra R is currently far too civilised....!

The turbos will eat you on the straights but the NAs can brake later and corner faster... huge fun at Spa last year!

I meant standard for standard.
But if your comparing your driving skills with Marco then accept my appolagies as I'm wrong on that matter.

When I have driven the n/a I found the steering nicer, the low down torque nicer and it seems to be a more relaxed drive. They do feel more pokey around town. Though on the motorway, the last one I drove anyway, seemed to rev very high at 70mph? I took this as normal.

My n/a steering is smoother than the Turbo, although it's longer lock to lock, where's the Turbo rack is faster and shorter.

I seem to be more confident driving quicker in an n/a.
Its not fast be should be fun nether less gaining track experience.
