I have brembo calipers (off the 20VT), the guy who work on my car says it's too complicated to fit those into my 16VT. Is it that difficult? Do i need some parts to match it? or just skilled mechanic?

If only the forum had a search function You'll find this subject has been covered many many times before. It is possible but you will need 20vt hubs and I believe drive shafts too. Possibly different track rod ends?

Crap.. too many changes for those calipers, not worth the money and the time for looking after those parts.

Has anyone tried fitting the 20vt brembo's to the rear of a 20vt coupe? Not bothered about hand brake at this time It'd be massive overkill. You'd need some kind of restrictor which would defeat the point. If you need more rear brakes then you can buy a big disc kit for the rear.

The basic Fiat P/Ns for the 20VT (non-LE/Plus) front calipers are: 9946401 - FRONT CALIPERS WITHOUT BRAKE PADS (RH) 9946402 - FRONT CALIPERS WITHOUT BRAKE PADS (LH)
