Where is the best place for everyone's power figures and graphs etc?
I remember back in the day there was a list based on power and graphs, but presumably that is not getting updated any more.
Cheers

do remember that the car will be at least 10 years old and will probably have lost a bit of performance through wear, near 250bhp and 230lb ft of torque with just a chip, i would personnaly be happy with that

Also bear in mind different rolling roads give different readings. If it's the Power Engineering in Uxbridge then they have a " heart breaker " dyno.

yeah thats them..well its new to me,i wasnt aware of the standard torque figures so after having a look at some of those figures i was a bit puzzled as to why the torque figure was low.
That 'heart breaker',if ive read it right is that because the dyno dynamic dyno reads less in torque than a dyno jet dyno?
Cheers for the replies

I wasnt aware of this Sore subject. But that said, you could put the same car on the same dyno on 2 different days and it would read different power.

it is nice to get decent power figures but also remember that it makes no difference, if you get 30bhp more on one dyno than another you might feel better but you car will be no quicker

Looking at the figures and graphs, the most power from a standard turbo TB28, seems to be TimM - 288bhp and 284lb/ft.
Anyone heard differently? Anyone know if he had any supporting mods?

Hi Matt.
That's impressive from that setup.
Must just be 'one of the good ones' that came out the factory.
Not tempted to change a turbo an see what you get?

Problem is that if you uprate the turbo you may start to need lots of other bits (clutch and brakes spring to mind). 280 is pretty damn good on a standardish setup!

Ross Leighton said that he thought he might have been able to push it to 300bhp if it had a FMIC. It has a FMIC now
