235 whp is really low for a GT28R. I saw 240 whp with the original one. You should get at least 270-275 whp. Maybe some FC magic can help you

near as 290bhp and 250lb ft torque I wouldn't say that's to bad, maybe lacking a little bit of torque up to 4000rpm but the graph is fairly smooth and on the road the power will come in earlier probably as there will be more load than on the rollers

are you running the completely standard exhaust apart from obviously the 200cell cat and a vband adaptor
i have a stage 3 ball bearing hybrid and i have a custom blueflame exhaust with 70mm downpipe and sports cat and 63mm cat back
for comparison i swapped the exhaust system over and put the standard exhaust back on and the difference was really marked, the car lost about 0.2bar of boost right across the board and felt sluggish in comparison
if you are running the standard exhaust albeit with the 200cell cat you will be strangling the turbo a bit
running a sports exhaust particularly with a sports cat should have no effect on your turbo's reliability

not 235 cv but 288 cv (or 210 kW)
please note the red box
I saw the red box but I think that number is too high. Power at wheel is 235 and that is very low for that kind of turbo and setup. I can't understand why you put so much money (=tuning parts) on your car and not use them. A hybrid turbo would suit your needs much better. It would give you more torque low down and enough power. But that's not an option now since you bought all those tuning parts. With the setup you have now you can easily get 320 HP / 420 Nm out of it and you don't have to be afraid it will break.

are you still using the standard exhaust with just a sports cat?

with all due respect you need to bin the exhaust..it may look good but it's killing your power..you need at least 2.5" exhaust with the gt28r 3" would be better and the dual silencer thing will be contributing to the lack of power..a full blue flame would be a good bet i had one on a similar set up(the 2.75" inc downpipe) and ran near 340bhp and well over 300lbsft on a chip ..you are well down from where you could/should be..unless of course there are other issues?

looking back at your spec you would be better off with a standard manifold in my opinion..i have yet to see a stainless do a better job and it could be that contributing to the lack of power

as ktm says a decent exhaust system would def help, if you can't afford a full system, then go for a cat back, you should see a fair difference with just that, you would probably get some gain from an uprated downpipe as well but not as much as from the catback
as stated earlier there was a big difference when i swapped my standard exhaust for the blueflame one

thanks Freddan72
I see.. Many here told me the same...
the question is: where can be the problem? it's not only a matter of turbo pressure? is it possible to see a similar graph or a graph with a similar config?
thanks David
If you use standard downpipe then you must have some sort of adapter between turbo exhaust and downpipe. Generally these adapters are not good for power. Make a new 3" downpipe that connects directly to the turbocharger. Here is one example of a 3" DP with 5 stud flange: http://sfk.ibk.se/forum/attachment.php?s=&postid=74880If you want to compare your result with others then visit FC Performance place on fccukStart with the Dyno League. I think you will find a lot of GT28R owners in the list

do you know what power the car produced before the mods were added as it could just be that the dyno reads a bit low
if the dyno were reading say 20bhp/ft lb low then your figures would be 310bhp and 270ft lb of torque which at your boost figures would be a reasonable amount of power for a gt28r, just a thought

at your level of power i don't know that i would be going for a full 3inch exhaust, a well designed 2.5inch system will easily flow what your turbo is capable of producing, a 3inch exhaust is likely to be a lot louder
