I will probably only attend on the Sunday, as I can't get the time off work, but the Club stand/allocated area will be available all three days.

We have a Club discount code, so please pm me for it before buying tickets (I'm not allowed to publish them on here directly). It's a good discount off the advertised prices.

I wish they would stop doing this on the same weekend as Le Mans - the race in France does win out for me but would love to go to Cholmondley.

It was in July for the first 2 or 3 years, but the weather was so bad, they changed it to the June.

A few car events end up clashing with other car events though I'm afraid, although if work holidays and money wasn't an issue, I'd be at Le Mans too

A couple of people have pm'd me asking for the discount code, but I'm unsure if they are bringing a Coupe or not.

If you're bringing a Coupe to display on the Club Stand, please pm me with your email address, so I can email you a pass to print off to enable you to gain entry to the Car Club area.

Otherwise, I'll just print some off for those of us meeting up first

Regarding entry to the Car Club area, would I be able to arrive and leave freely?
I know some events you have to be there first thing and cannot leave until the event closes.

They state that you have to arrive in the Car Club area by 8am or entry to the area isn't guaranteed (the police also close the road off later on, but not sure what time).

They ask vehicles not to leave until after 5pm, but it's not too bad to get out, so they should let you out a bit before this. I'll be leaving about 4pm, as I've got to go to work later.

For those attending Sunday, I'll be waiting for you in the Cholmondely Arms pub car park between 7.30 and 7.45am.

The Cholmondeley Arms is on the crossroads of Bickerton Road and Wrenbury Road on the main A49.

The tickets are for Sunday and are for two adults and also include a paid car parking pass, so no need to bring a Coupe and display it, you can bring what you like and park it with general public.

Total cost was £55.50, but you have them for £40 ono.

Good day out today, although a shame I had to leave earlier than usual due to not being able to get time off from my evening job

I did see you there Nigel ( N_Drinkwater ) but you looked busy with your family and busy heading to see the cars, so I just walked past and left you to it

Highlight of the day was seeing the Vulcan Bomber. I'm not really into planes, but was impressed with the sight and sound of the Vulcan and was able to tell the grandsons what it was and explained it would be the last time they'd ever see it in the air, so something they'll remember in years to come maybe.

Also, one car that I hadn't seen before, but loved the look of, was a Ferrari that was a hatchback.

I later had a look on Google and saw it was a Ferrari FF - looks and sounds good

So, along with my Coupe, a black LE Coupe, and a French Racing Blue coloured Jaguar XKR-S, a red Ferrari FF is now in my dream garage if I win the lottery

I was there with my family yesterday and saw the FF go down the track too.
It sounded really nice but the best sound of the day went to the Lambo engined F1 car. Just an epic noise!

We saw you driving off as we headed for the car club area and the black LE just in front of you.

Ah, sorry we missed you Daz I was planning on leaving around 4pm, due to work, but left a bit earlier as it looked like it was going to pour down with rain.

I've never left that early before and never realised what the queues were like to get out. Took me an hour to get home, instead of the usual 30 minutes

No worries T. It was just starting to rain as you left but only light stuff so we stayed till 5pm.
