boost contol/gauge - 1.2bar

so what would be the next mods that people generally go for?

thanks

Personally I'd spend it on a genuine Evo 8/9 intercooler + straight induction pipe + fuel pump voltage mod. Or spend the money on handling mods!

Brakes and suspension next. If these are currently standard they aren't capable of working well with any more power.

I agree, brakes especially. Go for red stuff (or equivalent) pads and maybe a strut brace.

F****** b****** thing...

actually i have a strut brace, forgot to say.

brakes is defo a good idea, they do seem quite pathetic as they are.

should i go for bigger discs at the back too?

From what i've heard, all the upgraded discs [***] up eventually. Hanny told me this, though thinking about it, this was 2 years ago...
He said off off the cross-drilled bits fail and showed me it on his car. Personally i'd just go for decent front pads to start with. Wish I had, cos mine cook very quickly...

the exhaust will free everything up a bit - maybe 5 bhp gain + be a basis for future mods. I have one in the parts for sale section if you dont mind a second hand supersprint.

No need for bigger discs without totally changing the brake system - which is REALLY expensive. The rear brakes dont do all that much in the coupe anyway as all the weight is up front... I'd go for better pads + upgrade the discs when they wear out - see 3G discs in the group buys section. Go for grooved discs IMO...
