JimO OP Forum veteran J Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 17,917	Catchy little title I was thinking of organising a summer meet, probably in the Flight Tavern in Gatwick as that has worked in the past. Possible date is the 16th July. I think perviously someone (possibly Hanny) devised a nice drving route for before we get to the pub, so I am sure this can be arranged again So any hands for Sunday 16th July the Flight Tavern in Gatwick. I have changed the title to show the 16th July we will go for that date

I have changed the title to show the 16th July we will go for that date Yes I did for all the meets, you need to get there on 12:00 to ensure that the wait for food is short other wise the Sunday rush begins and it can take a while to get served.

Anonymous Unregistered A	From the pub, Back out to the A23 North bound, Onto the A217 (london Road) north bound, Follow that upto the A25 and turrn left (east bound) Follow that till the A24 and turn left again (south bound) FOllow that down to the A264 and turn left (west bound) Then head back too the A23 and turn left (North bound) and head back to pub. That should be about 35 miles and take 45 mins. No idea if that would be a good drive or not though, and it isn't close enough for me to go check it out really. Anyway, there is my suggestion but hopefully someone more local might give a better suggestion.

Anonymous Unregistered A	Problem with longer routes is that the Coupes get spread out and lost, then you have to factor in the couple that develop the odd problem which means that those who live local have to got back out and find them or bring them back etc. Then of course I end up using more fuel over takeing more Coupes
