LE Jackets...

...I've searched, and seen this is an emotive and controversial subject, but thought i'd ask anyway!

I've been aware of the special jackets offered when the LE was launched in 1998 - my question is were these standard issue with the LE or a "lineaccesori" option like say. an alloy / spoiler / multichanger option?


were they numbered like the cars?
just curious on the provenance and history of these -surely now rare - items!

All LEs came with a jacket with a matching number, but there were about fifty(?) non-numbered jackets made available to the club about ten years ago - I presume there were quite a few more available prior to this

Can you believe that I still have the LE jacket and the car that it goes with.
