I went to the last Star City meet & i'll go to this one.

I'll be heading south on July 1 this year - so if it's that day, count me in for my hat-trick appearance :D.

Wheres the location of the meet? Im in bristol but would be willing to travel a fair bit to meet and pick the brains of other coupe owners.

to be honest the pizza hut at star city is crap!really bad.Wouldnt reccomend it at all.
Slow even when quiet,service is pretty terrible and never had stock of food when i went the last two times.

Bit harsh Johnny I got to the last 2 Starcity meets and helped CJ arrange the drive around the windmill and pub crawl that was.
CJ will be dragging me along if his coupes all new and shiny (Dont get ideas of grandure CJ untill you get cream leather !!)

When Pizza Hut opened in Worcester I went for a takeaway - after spending 10mins in the takeaway order section being ignored I was told they had run out of dough! So we now call them Pizza Shut and use Dominos. (Sorry to go off topic!)
I'm intending to attend but depends of funds as in the red at the moment.

In fact, lunchtime curry always seems not quite right to me.

The weather was also very good to us considering the recent constant rain - I'm sure I've caught the sun!

Shame Mike and coupedummy couldn't make it and a shame we lost the scotts green coupe somewhere along the journey to the curry house. Real shame. Next time we must all swap numbers before we start out.

Looking forward to Stanford hall now. I just need insurance, an MOT, clutch and a respray!

Good to meet everyone though, and Im glad I (finally) made it along to a meet - roll on Stanford Hall and hopefully good weather (although Im still amazed how lucky we were - not a drop of rain whilst we were there! )

I dont know what it is about this meet but last time my batteries went flat and this time all the photos are just bright white.
Rest assured this camera has pissed me off for the last time and will now have a slow painful death by gravity.
