how many no claims and points?
my insurance is up in a month, paid 550 with ND last year with mods.
will have 5 years no claims, does it make much difference reaching 5 years?

ouch on the renewal!

what were the problems with your payout?

as for my no claims etc

i have 11 years protected ncb (only 9 counted i think as that is max)

no points on my licence but i DO have a no fault claim in nov 05 where i was shunted, and a fault claim in april 07 where i drove into a guy in a megane and wrote off my yellow peril.

(still got no claims as it was protected)

i got hit by another driver in jan.
solicitor says third party are now liable, and have admitted it.
does this mean my policy is unaffected?

No, you'll almost certainly see a rise in premium (not all insurers), but your ncb will be in tact. You will need to declare this as a non fault claim upon renewal - get it sorted asap or you will get massively stung if you have a pending claim

indeed, that PI$$ED me off that you have to declare non fault claims where the other guys insurance pays up in full. I was shunted up the back end at a junction, nothing i could do about it, and it didnt cost my insurance a penny

So really..... what has that got to do with the price of fish (or insurance even!.....) and why should that affect my quote.

(not a rant at Noel Daezly just the insurance trade in general)

iv only heared from the solicitors, not noel dazeley themselves.
theyve not contacted me about anything for a while, think il ring them tomorrow.
if they try and sting me, il change insurers.
so whos the best coupe insurer at tho mo then?
