Your Claim, How Long? - 15/03/2008 00:12

Well, im very nearly in the 9th week of my insurance claim, not intitled to a courtesy car as the car is not been repaired and im not happy.

Total time they've been waiting on me, 3 days.

Whats normal for making a claim?
these guys are a bunch of jokers that dont seem to speak to each other and insist their names are famous film stars.

It may well be too late to involve them, but maybe you could try an accident management company as suggested by circolo in this thread:

For me, c.4 weeks to payout IIRC with no third party insurer to involve as the biker wasn't insured!
