additional driver training courses, advanced etc..

Am considering doing the advanced driving course to hopefully get a discount on the insurance every year with a view of it will pay for its self and then some over time.

can anybody recommend driving courses that can be done to give discount of the insurance... ?

Institute of Advanced Motorists (the IAM)

It's dependent on your Insurance company.
Not all companies give a discount!

Just to give balance RoSPA also do similar training. I am currently doing a motorbike course with them.
