Anyone opted to do the speed awareness course following a brush with laser man ?
Do you need to inform insurer given that licence stays clean?

my other half done 1 last week, you dont need to tell anyone, but, if caught again within 2 years you WILL get point and a fine.

Ok ta. I've read all sorts of conflicting advice. Some Insurers DO consider the SAC as a material consideration for your risk as a driver.

you dont have to but if you do you know they will up your premium for the hell of it.
