16vt-plus?

can some-one piont me in the right direction?
my mate off here as bought a coupe 16vt/eletric blue,122tho. I've been helping him with it this morning,it had a odd wheel that was stuck on,sorted that though,anyway it has got some nice sideskirts and push-button start,not connected,no srut-brace thoough.
i was hoping to find out did they do a plus on the 16vt,i no the l.e is 20vt,i was wondering if it is a plus and did the plus come with strut-brace like the l.e

There was a 16vt plus, Air con,leather and sun roof basically.

No skirts, push button start or strut brace.

Your mate's car must have had mods done at some time after it left the factory.

it hasnt got aircon and leathers.

Was the 16VT Plus sold over here Pete? I always thought that was a euro model, I could (and probably am) wrong though. I thought we just got a 16VT and specified leather, aircon etc as optional extras.

The 16v Plus was a European model only, Fiat didn't make this in a RHD model as far as I know, Pete will know though.

I'm sure it mentions it in the UK handbook,but I can't get at it to check.
The European 16v & vt plusses I have seen have all been to the leather, aircon and sunroof spec.

Ive had a couple of rhd 16vt plus's. All imports. Wernt made for here, but were obviously made in RHD to uk spec.

just to update the thread,his has a diffrent grill to mine as well
i thought that all eletric blue coupes were plus or l.e's,is this not the case?

It isn't electric blue it's blitz blue

oh right,did they make many of them buddy?

It was a standard colour option throughout 16v & 16vt production.

those side skirts are zender kit!! Don't think they would have been standard fit??!!

so you cant gat a eletric blue 20vt unless its a l.e or custom respray?

No you can get an Electric Blue 20VT/PLUS, you can't get a 16V/VT/LE in electric blue but you can get a 16V/VT in Blitz Blue which is similar too Electric Blue.
