Any recommendations? Its just to fit some LE skirts. Any maybe spray them.

I used the Fiat/Saab garage in Morden to fit my Zender kit 3 years ago, they did a very good job, cost £300 for spray and fit.

I used Firela Fiat in Clapham for a bumper job and bonnet respray - great match on the paint and no complaints so far
