Any ideas how much it would cost to replace a LE bonnet? Are they any different from a normal coop?

The same as it would cost to replace any other coupe bonnet, they are all the same thing 
About £380 for the part and £150 to £200 to paint it.

Just make sure fiat can get a bonnet in stock.
There kinda non existant at the moment.
They will take your dosh before they realise there arent any available so make em do a search before you pay!
