Fiat Coupe Owners Location Map

I found this on another forum but i thought it would be a really good idea for us to do this too.

Basically it is a map of the world, where all us owners can put a pinpoint for where we live.

I think it will be excellent for seeing who is nearby, organising meets, asking for help, etc etc.

To be honest chaps, I don't think it wise for any one to put on a big shiny map where there coupe is located?

or is it just me that thinks that?

Why not put the marker somewhere near then.

I can put the pin bang on the roof of my coop. But I think I'll stick it just behind it. See if I can pick up any stalkers!!!!

Yeah i've just realised than i can see my old coop sat in my driveway!

although before i do can someone explain what the name message link is all about

Where it says;

name ; just write your forum name

message ; i put 20vt LE, but write whatever you want

link ; no need to put anything in there, leave blank or put a weblink to something

Mario- please do put it on the website. If you want i can pm you the password for the admin bit of the map and you can have a play about with it. Would be pretty cool if you could embed it on the website though. There is all the coding for it on the admin bit

The map is looking really good, we currently have 120 owners on there.

Just a suggestion - we could pass on the URL to fiat coupe clubs in other countries. That way the map gets used to its full potential!! Any admins know the other forums? - the only one I'm registered on is the Italian one

How can I put my face inside the map?

This is a 5year old thread Gimmo.

Putting your details on it could be used to help car thieves.

If you do enter on it (via Googlemaps I think) then I suggest you don't put on your actual address.
