Unfortunately just now I will not have the possibility to make some videos... My car is meanwhile back into garage. My problem is the oil sump (as I stated already). When driving into right corners the oil spills over the crank. Therefore the oil pressure sometimes drops to 0 bar - this is much too dangerous for whole engine. We simply forgot to install enough baffle plates into the oil sump... Means, we have to dismantle half of drive train incl. engine again... Means - this year I won't drive again... until finish there will be autumn - then I won't drive my coupe any more - too wet (bad weather)... Let's wait until next year - then I maybe can show you some videos. Sorry Juergen

My car is back to garage - since half a year. I am going to improve some "design failures" of the oil sump and the tank. Moreover I am going to install a new engine. Changes: - new Stilo block, higher than Coupe 20VT block -> therefore I can use stronger / higher pistons, better rated than my old CP Pistons (were rated for 600HP). - new CPS pistons with slightly reduced compression ratio of about 8,2:1 - block guard, already installed into Stilo block - new turbine housing 0,82ar (to get more power in higher revs) - unfortunately I had to install a new crank - the old one is worn out because of my oil sump problem (no oil in right corners)...
Additional I dismantled my gearbox (no defects): I want to install 2 additional strengthening plates (up to now one is installed, later on it should be three) Furthermore I would like to to install a stronger gearset (if enough money is left :-))
Goal: 650HP by use of E85... This year the car definitely won't be back on the street :-(

Goal: 650HP by use of E85...
I think that HP wont be as much problem as integrale drive. We had here 16vt first with Dedra dif, then Q4 dif.. Car was street race prepared, around 1000kg and 600+hp.. There were problems with diffs. Even with low weight, he couldnt start on semislick-fullslick tyres or it would be trouble. And running normal tyeres would do the damage after some consecutive runs from full rpm with launch control. The track is regular asphalt, not with special coating for grip. Good luck with project. Hopefully will steal your setup somewhere in future

Yess thanks to Juergen that linked me this post. I own an AWD 16V Turbo, but sincerely I've no problems with the oil sump, the motorist modified it but only for performance needs, maybe for 20v is different. I have a 39,5 lt abs fuel tank from a factory's test car (a coupe used for testing) not available as a part, so the car is really a street I also have a custom made alluminium one, like race fuel tanks, to be fitted under the chassis, if someone need it... I can provide everything about our beautiful cars
