Don't think it would. When i went last year, the traffic only got heavy as you approached the circuit and that was about it.

Everyone has to be parked in position by 10.30am.

It's only about 2 minutes from McD's to Hopetoun, looking at the map.

I suppose we could make it meet at 9:45 - 9:50 thought just to be sure.

Yeah just thought I should let you guys know.. then it would make parking arrangements alot easier and not have a mish mash of cars..although there are areas delegated to different car makes..alfa on one side and fiats on the other

With regards to the abusive behaviour mentioned, I feel it's only fair to point out that one or two owners attend who are not part of FCCUK or even regulars on the forum. Or perhaps there was some provocation?!

Hey Barney.. its generally a 'turn up on the day' but reason for wanting to know who is coming is so that i get an idea of numbers and also to hopefully get everyone from here to arrive at the same time. With this, parking arrangements can be organised, formations can be kept tidy, and disputes can be avoided

The 2 owners that were at the SICD only came later when we already moved to a different parking place... so couldn't have been them that started the fire.

Yes Jct 4 the first one after harthill sevices. You used to be able to go into both sides of the services from the back roads but it has been closed off now so you can only access the services from the M8. You won't miss me in the yellow peril.
