Just so happens I get my new car on 15th which is going to allow me to take the coupe off the road for the mods we talked about. Could be worth keeping the new one tucked up until the Monday, so I can bring the coop to this. Not the cleanest of cars, but another coupe to add to the numbers none the less.
Stick me down for an appearance, possibly with two black eyes after I tell the wife I'll be away to coupe meets two weeks running.
Will no doubt see a few of you guys at Knockhill the week before. Just spectating though!

How's this going with the other car clubs Kelv? Any links to other fora, to get an idea what other cars are turning up?

At the moment theres about 5 guys from Fiat Scotland that at are interested. Other than that, theres:

Alfa's x20
Punto Abarth x3 (another likely)
Barchettas x3
Ducati x10
Moto Guzzi x3
Ferrari x3
Maser x1

All in all around 50 cars..

I must have missed an event somewhere that we were putting on a display for the benefit of the public. Oh hang on, we are the public. That'll be where I'm getting confused.....

Amazing how some guy's hold a grudge, I would have thought if he was so upset that he would of had a quiet word with us at the event.

Then we could of apologised profusely for upsetting them.

Lets see if he responds to my post. I would try to sort something with him if he is willing to talk with some rationality.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was one of the X1/9 owners after hearing them say "maybe we should have turned up late too,so we could park in front of everybody else!" when the parking started to get a bit crowded .

I think i speak for the majority, if not all, of the coop drivers that pulled up when we arrived.
I dont think any one of us would have told anyone to f**k off! I think they're just trying to make us look bad, and nobody mentioned on the day, any altercation between people that were there and us.

Yes, we had to move but it wasn't such a big deal and it turned out better for us anyway.
