What a decent bloke! Having said that, I knew this already as when I worked for BMW in the late 90s, I sent a Coupe dealer poster to Herr Bangle in BMW Germany via the internal post. Few weeks later it was returned in a cardboard tube from Munich personally signed to me.

It's still working. It's a pdf, do you have a pdf reader? It's only ~230kB so shouldn't be any problem there.
Maybe try right click > save target as ?
