Have an ongoing dispute with a seller over his postage charges for a small glass camera lens filter. He raised a no-pay strike on me. I took it up with e-bay who took his side entirely..'you have a contract to pay etc etc..., read our T&C's' They won't budge. Reading their small print its pretty clear they favour the seller big time over the buyer.

Bunch of Chimps!

Were the P&P charges clear when you placed the bid?

No they weren't and aren't. His charges vary so he says by weight with a minimum P&P of £20. £20 P@P for a 45mm glass filter from UK to Ireland is expensive. Looking at the rates I could do it via small packet, signed delivery for about £6. I know there are extra costs, handling packing petrol etc but IMHO he's taking the piss.

i now refuse to deal with ebay/paypal

my ex (stupid woman) bought 3 nintendo ds lites from some bloke on there, he sent 2 but the third one never came. when she questioned him he was, apparently, in hospital and would post it when he came out, blah blah blah. she told ebay and they said to wait.
never came, reported to ebay and paypal - they told her it was now "timed out" and they told her basically to live with it....fek em, thieving barstewards... \:mad\:

Flea,

Did you sort this out, was about to bid on some ebay items then caught a glimpse of "windowlicker007" as the seller, so thought I'd check here before I do.

PyPal. What a complete joke they are, huge costs and when you need the buyer protection you are on your own! They are a bunch of arseholes, totally.

I bought some bits from him on eBay. Got them in the end, just very slow delivery, which is really annoying when your car is sat on the drive for nearly 2 weeks waiting for the part to arrive \:mad\:

You might have trouble fitting it, as the turbo is listed for a 16vt and you are a 20vt (according to your avatar) \:\? The turbo's are different
