Thought the ride height was c spanner, and damping on Koni inserts was using a key through the top mount.

Think anti-clockwise is stiffer.
I don't actually have them on my coupe - sure someone else does.

@ Flea, Nobby is correct. However in order to make the adjustment you must first fully compress the damper to engage the internal adjusting lugs.
It's a while since I've adjusted mine but I think is was about 1.75 turns from fully hard to fully soft. I have mine set at about 3/4 hard, this is firm but I don't mind it. I have adjusted mine on the car. Simply release the lower bolt, put a bottle jack under the loose damper, compress the damper with the jack, rotate in the required direction. Easily less than an hours work.
Somewhere I have the instructions, I will try to find them and post them...
The fronts are adjusted by inserting the supplied tool into the top of the damper, I think you have to remove a protective cover to insert the tool...

Flea,
As Whittler says, rear adjustment has to be done off the car. Fully compress the shock to engage then rotate to adjust. Be careful not to lose the engagement otherwise the shock starts to spin and you lose where you are with the adjustment. You can also do it by releasing the bottom mount and pushing upward from under the car to engage. Tricky though, and you need bloody strong arms.
Front adjustment can be done on the car (Rebound only). The fronts have 2.5 turns from soft to hard (clockwise stiffer). Its an allen fitting. They're should be a Koni key supllied with the kit but you can do it with an adjustable. You won't want much more than 1.5 turns the ride gets appalling if you go too mad.

I've found the Koni instructions amongst all my tech data (PDF doc).
If you would like copy PM you email address and I'll send them over.

Leight, To make it easier, jack up the rear or the car on a trolley jack and get it quite high to give you access. Remove the 19mm nut from the bottom of the damper and push the bolt through back towards the trailing arm, the damper should be swinging free at the bottom now. Push the damper all the way upwards so it fully compressed, turn it a little and you will feel the adjustment engage into its cam. You can now turn the damper to adjust the rebound. I had my Koni's on about half way and that felt just right. Here's a set of instructions I found for you, use the bottom set. http://www.amdtechnik.com/technical.koniadjustment.cfm
