Anyone want to join a convoy from essex ?

Where and when are you guys gonna be joining the M25? I'll probably be near the A12 junction about 1045.

I'll keep an eye on this thread. If no-one else stops there I'll maybe see you on the M25.

Checked Multimap - I suppose there's an exit off the roundabout (ie I don't have to go up the A12 then back down again do I?)

If so, looks like I'll be there

Just come off the M25 at the brentwood juntion, then you come onto a roundabout, take the second exit (which is the one past the A12 turnoff) towards Brentwood, then the Holiday Inn is the just up on the left. Getting back on the M25 involves going back to the roundabout and taking the slip road back onto the M25. Easy Peasy.

Yes. My mistake. You can get back onto the M25 from the holiday inn.

tony16vt, I will have the kids with me too! So, thats me, you and TbirdX as well. First coop meet for me and don't really know what to expect but hopefully we should all have a good time! Bit gutted about the weather forecast tho!

i need to clay my car tomorrow hope it bloody stays dry, what is it we are actually doing i pm jim to put my name on the list.

Having a drama this morning! Debs currently lost in Colchester! Don't ask.
Definitely coming today but don't think we will be at Notley for 10.00. Will try and catch up with you at Chelmsford/Brentwood but if not will have to see you there.

We might be able to get there for 10.30. Perhaps we could have a mini convoy?
Mind you, debs is still not back yet!

Where was everyone! Ended up just Deb's, TbirdX and myself

I was there from 9.45 to 10.10 but no ones turned up so I expected that everyone had either gone already or were not turning up because of the weather.

I met up with the others at Brentwood and we waited there till 11.15 then had an eventful drive down to the grasshopper

Looks like it all got a bit muddled, we met TbirdX at Brentwood who'd been there since 10:30am, but at the petrol station.

We'll have to sort out going for a quick blast somewhere nearer home sometime?

We were all sat in the holiday inn just up the road !!! A mini braintree meet sounds good.

I did wonder if you had got there from the other end. Didn't occur to me to have a look until we were on the M25...D'oh.!!
