Bedford GT - Saturday 26 November - OPL £115

Hi chaps

Anyone up for this? I'm booked in (in the Clio) with mates in a Morgan Aero 8 and Elise S1 - booked via trackdays.co.uk (had vouchers), but I think it's with Easytrack.

Nice safe track, with tons of run-off, well-surfaced, and good facilities - a laugh in the wet too.

Why so negative? I enjoyed it last time - good mix of technical bits and fast/flowing stuff.

Each to their own, but I found it very boring. Far too safe and too flat.You don't want a dangerous track but one that the only concequence of going far too fast is is go on the grass in not for me. It is however an excellent track for your first track day.

Fair enough - I've done a few track days here and there, and especially for potentially cold/rainy days I thought it was very good.

I'd rate other tracks more highly (esp. Oulton/Brands) but as an overall package I think it's impressive. Be boring if we all had the same opinions, wouldn't it?

ETA - I think it would quite suit the coupe too, fast flowing sections (and a long straight)

A bit too far for me to travel, Neal, in late November with no doors, roof or screen!
