'Plus' prices

How is the price of plus'es going these days, up or down ?

They seem to be going down, certainly since I bought mine. Which is a pity as I had my eye on a smart looking 3P.

They seem to be heavily dependent on the condition and mileage to me. There have been a few £5K examples for sale recently.

For all the talk about high value cars, without trawling the ads how many have sold?

It all comes down to what has been done to the car.

I remember few years ago, or maybe earlier, someone selling a 500hp coop for 10k. Thats not such a bad deal on its own and a bonus if its a plus.

A good example is KTM's ink black plus, which is putting out some serious power. IF that was on sale, it will be a high asking price IMO..

So I wonder which is the better purchase - modded or standard? I suppose the answer is that it depends what you want, but its a tricky one for sure. Will values ever pick up does anyone think?

modded if you want to spend lots of money. non-modded if you just want to spend money

Yes the values will pick up but I suspect not for about five years.
