Ever had any issues with Mr PC with those Mario?
I'd like to make mine narrower - always thought it criminal that a UK plate spoils those luvverly set of holes in the front bumper.

Did mine with a (large) hacksaw and file to round the corners off and make sure the reflective backing wasn't coming loose. I just chopped the ends off, maintaining the same space between the edges of the letters and the edge of the plate, it must be 11mm minimum as per the regulations and you shouldn't get pulled over. The back plate needs renewing (plastic bolt head missing, "coachworks" name shown on bottom) and was going to get a trimmed down plate on the back too, but not sure if it would look too naff?

I bought a custom plate off the Internet, I think they call them show plates?
Mine is almost half the size of a standard front plate, just remember to swap it back to standard for the MOT (I didn't). Never had any trouble from the police.
