Where to buy 16VT injector

Hi,

The injectors on my car have just been cleaned, but one is faulty. I know they are not available anymore from Fiat, but where can I buy used injector in good condition (clean or even new) ? Is there any alternative to the IW158 reference (but with standard specs) ? The mechanic is also looking on his side.

I often see 20VT injectors here, but 16VT doesn't seem as popular.
