Perfect Touch Round 3

Let me get straight to the point. It made 347BHP 317WBHP and 339FT/LB.

I am happy so far but we had to stop the mapping because I ran out of fuel pressure. The pump is good for 500BHP and the injectors should be good for about 420BHP. We think it has a fuel leak as when I come of the boost you can smell fresh fuel inside the car. There is no obvious leak as there is no fuel spraying out however it only has to be a tiny hole somewhere. I now have to dig out the fuel pressure tester to make sure I’m loosing pressure and find the bastard. On the graph you can see the power still rising but then dips off as the engine starts to run lean towards 5500rpm so we had to hold it back. Redline is now 5750rpm but my engine should go to 7250rpm so I have lost 1500rpm because of this \:\( .

Also I have a very slight misfire from one cylinder at 5000rpm+ so either I have the wrong plugs or the packs are on there way out. What is the part no for NGK iridium 8’s?

Rob really likes the changes I made and recons that when I fix these problems he should be able to ram in some serious boost and advance and I should see figures of about 360BHP @ the wheels with about the same torque too \:o .

UPDATE:
Turns out I have BKR7EIX when I need BKR8EIX so that should be the misfire now sorted.

I have replaced the fuel filter and rubber fuel pipes. Now need to test for leakage again.
