"anyone know how much the trailing arms are new?"

You can get a bush kit for trailing arms, under £40 per side. !!!

Bit of a swine to do (if bolt is seized) but a lot cheaper...get your specialist to give you a labour price.

Thanks, but I'm in Durham
i'm going to kos tomorrow, so will drop it off today at the garage to get tested
will keep you informed of the progress
thought it would be more than 280bhp
as my last one with just a chip was 260bhp??
All that work and only 60 bhp increase?
I would hope it to be 300bhp plus
ben

Cheers guys I'm near kos town, but got 12 year old daughter and wife in tow, so not filling me boots with the girls unfortunatly.
Can't wait, and got the coop getting repaired cheaply hopefully for my return
I want to keep the car as it is, so not selling trim
want an every day car for the odd track day at croft
but it's £200 for the day! So not very often.
It needs to be taxed and tested for croft too and below 88 decibells
looking forward to neat ouzo round the pool
ben

Yours are 6 speed seats pal,not plus.

The car is a 6 speed. Some late 6 speeds also had recaro's with black stitching
